To place an order:

5. Select your shipping method and enter payment details.
6. Review and complete your order.

For missing or incorrect items:

Contact us at support@ogery.com with your order number and proof. We'll resend the correct item at no extra cost and you can keep the incorrect item as a gift.

Order confirmation:

You'll receive an on-screen confirmation and an email once your order is successfully submitted.
