Why is my order sent in multiple packages?

Some countries have value restrictions on international shipping. If your order exceeds your country’s restrictions, your order may be shipped as multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Replaced products or parts become the property of OGERY and will not be returned. After the warranty period, all service-related costs, including labor and parts, are the customer’s responsibility. This warranty is non-transferable and ends if the product is sold or transferred.
