Return Policy

Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping or production.
• Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns:

• Customers can apply for returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for returns.
• Customers are charged for shipping costs once (including returns).
• No restocking fee is charged for returns.

Refunds:

• Once return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent.
• Approved refunds are processed within a certain timeframe.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• Check bank account first for refunds.
• Contact credit card company and bank if refund is delayed.
