Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping or production.
- Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Returns:
- Customers can apply for returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for returns.
- Customers are charged for shipping costs once (including returns).
- No restocking fee is charged for returns.
Refunds:
- Once return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent.
- Approved refunds are processed within a certain timeframe.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check bank account first for refunds.
- Contact credit card company and bank if refund is delayed.
